This year we're celebrating Bees Knees Week with our take on the classic cocktail. Step through the doors and sip on a Barr Hill Lavender Bee's Knees ($16), carefully crafted with Barr Hill Gin, lavender-infused honey, and lemon. You can sip for a special cause because for every tag on social media throughout the week, or bottle sold throughout the month, Barr Hill will plant 10 sq feet of bee habitat to help protect our hard-working pollinators.
